We are proud to present our clients who are seeking for a Deputy Home Manager for a Care Centre. The care centre provides comprehensive support to adults between the ages of 18 and 65 with neurodegenerative diseases and related conditions. Support is also provided for people with acquired or organic brain injuries.  Also the care home provides an empowering and motivating environment where they enable people to become more independent.

As Deputy Manager you will support the Service Manager in ensuring the provision of high quality care meeting individuals’ person centred care and support needs in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. 

As a Deputy Manager you will be working a full time and will be paid a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum plus other generous benefits.

Responsibilities will involve:

·         Provide care for the residents on a daily basis undertaking direct nursing and general care, as required, including periods on night duty if necessary

·         Contribute positively to the setting and development of measurable standards of care relevant to the speciality

·         Responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of care programmes

·         Contribute to the professional development of trained staff, encouraging the development of research based practice

Job Requirements:

·         RMN qualified with experience ideally within a adults mental health home environment preferred 

·         Passion for nursing and delivering high quality care

·         Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Management Experience

To be considered for this role you must be qualified Registered Mental Nurse RMN and must be registered with NMC
